2. What data do we process and why?
- Contacting us. If you fill in the form on this site, it opens your own e-mail client with a pre-filled message; the data only reaches us if you send that message. The same applies if you write to info@ziaridesign.hu directly. We use the data you provide in your message (name, e-mail address, company, project description, budget) to prepare a quote and to keep in contact with you. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visitor analytics data. To see how many people view the site, which subpages are of interest, where visitors come from and how many of them contact us, we record the page opened, the domain of the referring page, the campaign parameters (UTM) of the incoming link, the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), and whether you click our phone number or e-mail address or submit the form. To distinguish between visitors, we use a non-reversible identifier that is generated with a secret key and changes daily; we do not store your IP address and we do not place anything in your browser (including cookies). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely measuring the effectiveness of our website and our advertising. You may object to this processing at any time using the contact details above.
- Loading fonts. This site loads its fonts from the Google Fonts service, so when you open the site your browser connects to Google's servers, and in doing so your IP address is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying the site consistently (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long do we keep the data?
- Contacting us: if no contract is concluded, for 1 year from the closing of the enquiry; if a contract is concluded, in accordance with the rules applicable to the contract.
- Visitor analytics data: for 24 months from the date of recording.
4. Who has access to the data? (data processors)
- Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA): website hosting. Data is transferred on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
- Supabase, Inc. (USA): storage of visitor analytics data in a database located in the European Union (Frankfurt) (DPF/SCCs).
- Google Ireland Limited: serving fonts (Google Fonts). You can read about how Google processes data in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any data in your browser. Visitor analytics are carried out without cookies, as described above.
6. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we process about you, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest; and you may request that your data be provided to you in a portable format. You can submit your request to info@ziaridesign.hu; we will respond within one month at the latest.
If you believe that your data is not being processed properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; phone: +36 1 391 1400; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu), or you may bring the matter before a court.
